A LECTURE OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE ON PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT DEDICATED TO THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF NATIONAL TRANSPORT UNIVERSITY
The department of Finance, Accounting and Audit has started the celebration of the 75th Anniversary of National Transport University. On October 17, 2019 students attended a lecture on ‘Personal Finance Management and Wealth Planning’ given by the Chief Officer of the Department of Communication of the National Bank of Ukraine Olena Tryhub. The event took place with the active participation of the Head of the Department, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Prof. Antonina Bazyliuk, Acting Dean of the Department of Management, Logistics and Tourism, Dr. Vitaliy Kharuta, Deputy Head of the Department, Prof. Valentyna Kontseva, department members and students.
At the lecture, the students came to know about the necessity of personal finance management, namely: how to set financial goals, design financial plan and harmonize it with your personal budget, how to transform your income into wealth, how to save and invest money wisely. The students actively shared their financial goals and vigorously discussed possible ways of investment. Ms. Olena revealed the “secrets” of effective personal financial management to the students.We hope that all the students of this lecture will be able to become millionaires.
The officer of the National Bank of Ukraine encouraged the students to participate in the NBU University Challenge, to attend master classes and workshops at the Central Bank.
