Vocational Guidance Activities of the Faculty of Transport and Information Technologies
In line with vocational guidance activities among potential university entrants, lecturers and students of the Faculty of Transport and Information Technologies organized a festival concert at the Kyiv College of Transport and Economics of National Transport University.
The meeting with the students and lecturers of the college was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The Head of the Department of International Road Transportation and Customs Control Prof. Georgiy Prokudin greeted the students on behalf of the Rector of National Transport University Prof. Mykola Dmytrychenko, spoke about the University, departments and structural units; opportunities for scientific activity and employment prospects after graduation.
Natalia Katrushenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Road Transportation and Customs Control, provided detailed information about majors and training directions for future road transportation specialists at National Transport University. The College students received brochures with information concerning majors, taught at Bachelor’s level, subjects to be taken for entrance in 2019 and about preparation courses for External National Examination in 2019.
Then the floor was given to Tetiana Anufrieva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Road Transportation and Customs Control, a creative director of the art group of the Faculty of Transport and Information Technologies.
The concert started with pieces of advice from students to University entrants “What job I will have after graduation”. The perfect mood during the concert was created by talented students: Roman Korniienko (KN-III-1), Bohdan Yaroshenko (KN (IBK)-1-2), Bohdan Kushchenko (TT-2-1tech) and Alina Lazarenko (TT (MC)-1-1).
The students of our department who participated in the concert are: Andrii Romash (PR-2-2), Karina Radchenko (TT-2-4), Marina Tyshkevych (TT-3-4), Oleh Rozhok (TT-2-2tech), Bohdan Makeienko (TT-3-2), Samira Abbasova (DZ-2-1), Roman Hodoniuk (TT-1-2), Olena Ivashchenko (MP-1-1), Olesya Vetuch (TT(MS)-1-1), Inna Petriva (TT-1-3tech), Valentina Kolesnyk (TT-1-3tech), Anastasia Musiienko (TT-1-3tech), Viktoria Rysak (TT-1-3tech), Kateryna Holub (TT(MS)-1-1), Iryna Hranovska (TT-2-5), Ludmyla Liobychenko (TT-2-5), Diana Huseva (TT-2-5), Alina Lazarenko (TT(MS)-1-1), Maria Suslova (TT-2-5).
Oleksandr Kravtsov (TT-2-1tech), who by the way graduated from the Kyiv College of Transport and Economics of National Transport University, amazed the audience by his real Ukrainian talent. Oleksandr composes music and writes lyrics in Rap style. He impressed the audience with his energy and strong will. Everyone without exception was touched by the song ‘Heroes’ about the military events in the ATO zone and heroes, who will always live in our hearts.
The quality of sound was provided by: Volodymyr Afonin (VP-4-1) and Mykola Semenets (AA-2-1).
Ending on the high note all the participants of the concert sang the song ‘Sandara’. The audience gave a standing ovation.
The celebration ended with words of gratitude from Oleksii Makiyevsky, the Deputy Director of the Kyiv College of Transport and Economics of National Transport University, and Tetyana Cherpita, the Head of the Department of Transport Technologies.
The Department of Transport and Information Technologies is expressing its sincere gratitude to the Administration of the Kyiv College of Transport and Economics for the warm welcome and the charming atmosphere that prevailed in the Assembly Hall.
