Second Stage of All Ukrainian Students’ Olympiad in Motor Vehicles and Motor-Vehicle Fleet
According to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Order № 1495 dated 12 September, 2016 On All Ukrainian Students’ Olympiad in 2016-2017 Academic Year, National Transport University has been selected as a main educational establishment in holding the second stage of All Ukrainian Students’ Olympiad in Motor Vehicles and Motor Vehicle Fleet.
We are pleased to invite students of your universities, the winners of the first stage of the Olympiad, to participate in the second stage of the Olympiad. We are sending you an invitation and a questionnaire for participants.
Please send the completed questionnaires for 2-3 participants to our address before 24 March, 2017.
The Olympiad will be held on 11-13 April, 2017.
The calendar of events:
11 April, 2017: Arrival day
15:00–18:00 Tour of Kyiv
12 April, 2017:
09:00 – 10:00 Registration of participants
10:00 – 10:30 Grand opening ceremony of the Olympiad
10:30 – 13:30 Completing tasks
13:30 – 14:00 Lunch
14:00 – 16:00 Tour of National Transport University
16:00 – 18:00 Announcing the results, awarding the winners, grand closing ceremony of the Olympiad
13 April, 2017: Departure day
Students must have a student ID card, a passport and a travel certificate for non-residents. Travel expenses for students will be reimbursed by their universities.
Participants are responsible for buying their return tickets. Participants can be accommodated in the dormitory of the University (90 UAH per day) or in the University hotel (150 UAH per day). An accommodation application form together with questionnaires for participants should be sent to the university address or to yana.duhnenko@yandex.ru.

Registration of the participants will take place in room 110 (ground floor), NTU,

To get to the venue you go from the railway station by Metro to Arsenalna metro station, then one stop by trolleybus No. 38 or bus No.24 to Ploscha Slavy (NTU) bus stop.
